Five professional women were inucted on January 20, 2010 in our club. Connie Gescheidt, VP of Programs, welcomed everyone to the January social, and Connie Siskowski. former VP of Membership, led the induction ceremonies. The following new members were introduced and their biographies were read: Ellen Devine, Carole Hart, Teri Martin, Angela Ward, and Mariela Montgomery. Each honoree was presented a Soroptimist pin and name badge, a history book of the Soroptimist International organization, and an "everblooming" yellow rose, our club's adopted flower. Special thanks  were given to Meryl Charnow, VP of Membership, for interviewing the new members, and composing their biographies, to Connie Gescheidt for organizing the event and setting up the refreshments, and to Connie Siskowski, for providing the meeting room. The monthly social concluded with a photography session and a social hour, where club members warmly welcomed the new inductees.
